In Notice all mentioned address writen as Bombay not mumbai. Notice should be deliver by Court by post but its hand delivered by recovery person. 

National Mega Adalat is being held all over the Country on 9th September. You may attend and settle the issue if the  terms are reasonable.

May be the Notice is served by the firm, the conciliation would be held by a Forum consisting of  Judge and an advocate. Settlement could be only through informed consent and amicably settled, an Award would be drawn up  and the said Award could be got executed/implemented as if it is a decree of the Court.

many times courts issue directions to the applicant to receivce notice dsti and serve to the defendents.
