False complaints

hi, dont worry brother if ur giving first report to police about ur incident, than it will be in ur favour but u must be arrenged the witness about the incident which will be give statement in ur favour ok  

When you have an injunction order in your favour against socalled opposite person... your should also file a petition mentioning the disobedience of the order, in the court which granted injunction.  Consult your lawyer who obtained injuction order for you.

we actually took some photos and videos while they attacking us, is this helpful? and isn't it a crime after having interim injunction they came and attacked us with nearly 30 people even yesterday also they came with 100 people but with the help of local constables we rescued ourselves.
Please give your suggestions.

and what will happen if they arranged some false witness then??

u can file a application ithat court   in where injuction was order and u can  will be get a bail in 438 with plea of self defence and mention in it all other document snaps copy of order ok

is this a anticipatary bail? or normal one can you please tell me.
