DEAR ALL,
I HAVE AGRICULTURAL LAND IN RESIDENTIAL ZONE. I APPLIED FOR CONVERSION OF SAID LAND IN TO NON AGRICULTURAL PURPOSE. I SUBMITTED ALL RELEVENT DOCUMENT . INCLUDING FARMER PROOF AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.
BUT COLLECTOR ASK FOR SUCCESSOR FARMER PROOF. WHICH I DONT HAVE. IS THERE ANY LOW FULL SOLUTION. ON THIS ISSUE

Yes, it ispossible,because,seller by getting false entry done in the revenue record,though he was not previously agriculturist,purchases the agriculture land and then sells it away,so Collector is asking for such previous entries.
