Filing civil case

My husband and his brother are legal heirs of their fathers property which they acquired ancestrally. The property is situated at Hosur, Krishnagiri district , Tamil Nadu state and extent is 1 acre.

My husband executed Release deed and handed over property to his brother without any money. I am opposite to this since we do have children and he did not think about it.

Can I file civil suit on property now stating that we need money for this?

You cannot claim any share out of your husband's property as a right at least not during his lifetime.

however if it is really an ancestral property then your children can claim a share out of your husband's share in that property and if your children are minor by age then you can file a suit on their behalf.
