I gave my suzuki access for repair to a garage owner, he gave estimate of around 8k as the issue was with the engine. When we went to collect the scooty, he may have fixed the engine issue but he broke our on/off key. When we confront him he said upfront, 'nai hoga jo krna hai kar le', then we refused to pay the money and now he is not giving our scooty back nor agreeing to fix that issue. What do we do?
