I have a client in USA he needs to Give a GPA to one of his friend in Bangalore India, to execute the sale agreement and sale deed on his behalf. how does he go abot it.

Dear Mr. Prabhu
First you need to draft General Power of Attorney including all the clauses which provide attorney holder to do the necessary things to execute the agreements and sale deed on his behalf. GPA has to be signed by the Executant and get it notarized the document as well as in the Indian Embassy, after that we need to follow rules and regulations as per law.
