dear querist,

first of all i want to clear your some doubts-

1.as you are saying that your aunt is saying that she had link in court and threatning you with dire cosequences, i want to make you clear that court /judiciary is an independent body and dont works in any influence and solely works for grant and protection of justice.

as per your query, your grandfathers property will get divide in 3 sharers as they have 3 children and share of the deceased children will inherited by their legal heirs so as you also of your late father alongwith other legal heirs.you can not deny share of any person on any grounds as it is their legal right however as you are saying about shop you are interested in and your aunt had given consent before for it ,you can take defence of family partition done before regarding the posession and division of the property , consult expert lawyer in this regard as drafting of your suit will remain life of your case, feel free to call for detailed advise.
