Sir in my state 9 posts are advertised for the post of research assistant. Qualification prescribed is law graduate having enrollment with state bar council. But it is prescribed that candidate should not have practice of more than one year. Sir it is arbitrary and violative of article 14 and 16? If yes, Kindly guide me for appropriate remedy.
