Help : my land under urban land tax act .

Sir, 

My land under urban land tax act. They cancelled land patta .Last 30 year we struggling to get patta. There is any other way to get part in legally . This land owned by my grand father 60years before. This one land only our property .

Please guide  what kind of action I need to take .
