Hello Respected Members,
My Parents passed away 1 year after other. I have a married brother. My mother purchased a flat on her own( no help from me or fr my brother) My brother stays in the same flat which my mother purchased after death of my father. Now my brothers wife along with him , not ready to allow us to visit them, He told me that if I vist there he will call police for no reason.
I heard Hindu laws on succession , but dont know anything . Where should i file a case? If my brother thinks there is no relationship between us, why should I allow him to stay in the same flat which was bought by my mother?
Can any expert gives their views? Please!!!
