Hi Respected Experts.
Three years back i had married with my present wife after expiry of my first wife. I have a son from my first wife of age 8. My new wife is also a widow and have a son age 9.
I am buying one house on loan with my wife as a co-applicant. My wife is insisting me to register it on her name completely. She is fearful that if the house would be in my name then in future my son can file a case against her for property.I would be paying the initial amount and installments of the home for 20 years. Thus, I am fearful that if i will register house on her name, in future she will definately give it to her son only. She is not ready to get the house registered on her and my combined names. Is there any solution that i can register the house on her name, but in future my son can get 50% of the share and her son can get 50% share.
