I want divorce but my husband posted my photo on internet

Page no : 2

Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Advocate)     11 August 2014

based on the given facts I have no choice to agree with "noname_123 brother"

I also believe that the pro-woman laws are pious and are criticised.  for rampant misuse.

facts given in the blog are not sufficient to infer whether any fresh crime is made out and the memebrs of this forum do not like to advise methods of filing false cases.

If someone see these photographs and the captions then one may be able to form better opinion on the feasibility of syber crime.  But as reported by you, atleast your counsel is not ready for this case.

Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Advocate)     11 August 2014

generally my views are pro-women and radical to rich experience by Mr Rocky Smith.

But in such like cases, I have no option but to agree with him.

May this case add to his basket of collecting data.

Sir, I am not able to understand what you are advising, whether to file a case or not.

I repeat that none of the pictures are defamatory.

He has only posted pictures seeing either me alone or he & me together or we with kids.

Thats it.

NO DEFAMATION AT ALL

But I have suffered loss due to this in terms of my friends asking me who is that with you in the photo & who is the one saying i love your name. Are you married ? I feel disturbed as And I am feeling a lot disturbed due to all this.

Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Advocate)     11 August 2014

If you wanted t hide your marital status and he prevented you by posting these picture then what harm have you suffered in the eye of law.

Nalini Mehra (student)     11 August 2014

As a citizen of India, it's my right sir to allow or disallow anyone to post my pic whether he is my husband or anyone else even if that pic is simple happy moments photo but why anyone can have a right to post espl without my consent.

Nalini Mehra (student)     13 August 2014

Anyone else please suggest. My husband has posted his & my decent pics in happy times together & also my alone pic & also with kids. He has removed all the content & only pictures have been posted.

I feel humiliated due to all this.

What to do ?

Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Advocate)     14 August 2014

he is also having right of speach and expression.

wait till such time he misuses this right for defamation or obsenity and and that point of time move immediately.

Rangee (Lawyer)     14 August 2014

The intention of your husband posting your picture without your consent is objectionable. You have every right to object and complaint under cyber law against the act of your husband in posting your photo along with  him ;when your relations are strained. you have good case please consult a good lawyer and lodge complaint and photos needs to be withdrawn urgently. also you may complaint with face book and see that the content is blocked from public viewing.

i complained FB but no action as yet as they said it does not fall within their abuse policies.

I contacted an officer within c.law but they have advised me that it does not come in ambit of crime & not even fine is prescribed. On further talks he has asked me give some judgments thereof.

I request R.S.K Singh & others to pls give me any similar judgments which I can use instead of my fun being made by difrent authrities

Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Advocate)     15 August 2014

You have come to this forum for seeking advise as to which law can be applied.

When the material truly posted by you doe snot indicate any crime then the experts of this forum cannot advise you to file false case.

you have to wait till a crime is committed by him.
