I married in August 2018. In November 2019, we applied for a mutual divorce due to some clashes. The divorce was canceled in December 2021. We started the family again and got a baby girl.
Earlier problems before applying for divorce:
a. She had a Love affair till the marriage date. Now I don't know. I got some proof, too.
b. she was Trying to do Vasikaranam on me
c. Not showing s*x interest.
d. Eyesight not mentioned before marriage, after marriage suddenly she is using 6+ power of cylinder Spectacle glasses
e. The height they mentioned was 5.4 feet in biodata, but she is only 5 feet, so that she couldn't recognize that time
. f. Looking like some maturity problem
g. She placed a 498a case on me, but the case was not filed due to settlement.
New problems after the baby is born/divorce canceled:
a. I asked her to stay in their native place for 1 year due to financial problems, and she is not interested in that or my family.
b. She's not showing interest in s*x.
c. She went to her mom's house due to the above reasons; she has been staying there for 2 years.
d. No proper response from her when we are trying to contact them.
e. Recently got information that she is doing the job, and she is living at her sister's house
Present Issue: Meanwhile, I started living with some other girl. they found that, 15members along with her came to my home. Threatened us and took all our photos and videos, written statements which will prove I was in a relationship with some other girl.
And they demand 25-40 lakhs. Otherwise, they want to go to the police case. I am not able to pay more than 10lakhs now.
What are the possible cases here, and What is the best way to resolve this issue?
It is not a crime to have extra marital relationship with another female.
If they are going to police ask them to go, the police will not entertain any complaint in this regard.
You may file a divorce case on the grounds of cruelty and desertion.
