Construction agreement and Sale agreement done for flat in 1987...parents had uninturrupted ,peaceful possession for 30 years . Property taxes paid by father for 30 years.
Sale agreement 30 years ago says " By an indenture of conveyance dated 3/9/1985 registered with registrar of Assurances Calcutta, the landlady sold,transferred and conveyed to the vendor all her rights,title,interest or share over and in respect of the said premises for consideration therein mentioned."
Why the name of this landlady still appears in ownership box besides father's name in Kolkata Municipal Records ?
