Intellectual Property Rights

I just wanted to know about Intellectual Property Rights in general. Can any one help me out in this regard.

Intellectual Property is intangible incorporate property consisting of bundle of rights. The property imbibed from the intellectual capacity of a human brain for instant an invention, design of an article, literary or artist work, symbols/trade marks, having commercial value and the same is not available in the public domain.]I have attached a F.A.Q on IPR which I hope will help you.

All that what is produced or originated by the human skill, intelligence, labour and efforts are called the intellectual property. The term ΓÇÿintellectual propertyΓÇÖ is used to refer the copyrights, trademarks, patents, industrial designs and confidential information. It is a creation of the intellect that has commercial value, including copyrighted property such as literary or artistic works, and ideational property, such as patents. In other words it is a property in the form of patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade secrets, and copyrights.
