On 4th April 2019, Police called to my mobile and asking to come Police station because your wife FIRed against you and your family on dowry and Mental harassement. Also told that IPC 498A, IPC 503, IPC 30 and IPC 40 related to this FIR. My wife was staying away from me aprrox last 1 year.She already took her all jewellery and valuable asset but police informed that she gave some list which police will come to my home and seize all. Now Police told me that within 14 days you have to come Police station because my father in law is an advocate. I am staying @ Kolkata but this case is related to Dhenkanal, Odisha. And my parents are staying @ Angul, Odisha. My wife Fired against me on 31st March 2019. Could you please help me on this regards.
