I want suggestions how can i get approval because suddenly my secretary of society have asked for it. Actually we have 60 house in society no one have a house plan they all have 2 floors.
we just started renovation because of my house was 20+ year old in construction and it was draining water from the terrace.

If the building is demolished and being rebuilt then construction approval has to be obtained from the competent authority

To my knowledge, routine repairs require no such permission.
