our is redeveloped property.the flat is registered on my name after 10 years.but the society is not yet formed.Is it required to get NOC from the builder to sell the flat?

Mrs. Madhuri,
If flat is in your name and society/association is not firm by Developer/Builder and they sale this flat in your favour by registered sale deed then u enter your name in revenue records and property card and that time NoC is not required from Builder/Developer. You get individual title in your name and then you sell this flat.
