After death ol your Grandfather, his legal heirs i.e. his share devolved his son and his daughters including your mother.   If his son and one daughter staying abroad , and do not want to have share in the shop, they are required to release their rights by way of relinquishment deed.  After that you and your mother will be remaining owner of the said shop.
