The retired employees are wrongfully withholding the possession of Accomodation provided by company and are not vacating the same even after multiple notices.

The company has to file a suit for eviction and damages after cancellation / revocation of licence of the retired employees.declaring them as "unautorised occupants" and trespassers, through a local prudent lawyer.

To my knowledge, the facts posted suggest a case of unauthorised occupation; provisions of Section 452 of the Companies Act of no application. The Management needs to resort to general laws.
