When she left in '07 and now she has filed S. 125 CrPC she is showing 'demand".
1. When the baby was born in '07 till date kindly advise if you have sent any gifts, maint. for upkeep of baby to your wife?
2. Since you have filed GWA suit file an IA for giving regularly maint. money for upkeep of child till visitation is decided.
3. Let refusal come by way of court record and place certified copy of those refusal in S. 125 CrPC.
4. Collect evidences of her beauty parlour income and other income related details for S. 125 CrPC maint.
5. File IA for visitation of child during imp. fairs and festivals including your birthday and grandparents birthday by making an amendement in Memo of Parties so that grandparents are also included int he GWA suit.
6. File memo to Court to dispose of Visitation application expeditiously.
