Land issue

sir,

     i m 55 year old,26 years back i have registered a land in the name of my sister,for safety means and i believed in her completely.she got married after 5 years of registration.Then after 15 years of her marriage now she,by hearing to his husbands ill advise claiming that the land belongs to them.we had a loan we are enjoying the property for 26 years and all the taxes were paid in the name of me.i have my own factory over the land.

is there any oppurtunity of registering the land in name of my sons.please give me suggestion

When the property is in the name of your sister then it amounts to her absolute property.  You have to prove that she had no independent income to purchase the property and it is purchased by you in her name.  For that you have to file a suit for declaration and injunction.

Law of benami will come into play,so better purchase the property from her .
