We recently bought a land in Jan'21 from the famous real estate agent in chennai.
He shared us the sale deed for our reference before registration. All details mentioned in the document was fine.
On the day of registration, we signed all the pages. The SR office was heavily crowded that we didnt get a chance to check any details in the sale deed.
But only after a week we found out that the layout diagram attached in the sale deed was wrong.
Totally a different layout of another project promoted by that RE agent.
RE has accepted that it is fault from their side and proceeding with rectification deed.
can anybody say how much will it cost for this rectification deed?
Firstly he said we need to pay 5k.. now he is asking 20k.
We are paying the money though the mistake is from his side.
