I know little about laws regarding properties.my name is murali krishna. My father have two wives, i am the son of first wife and my mother is a govt servant . my father is also a govt. servant (retired) .Here my question is mother is having immovable property(house) on her name who will get the legal heir of property off my mother after her.The real big problem is my father put second wife name in SERVICE REGISTER .please help me any body!!!!!
