I need ur help reagrding Legal Notice. I want to send wife's Previous employer. what is the procedure or can i ask her employer to give me all the documents to me. Is it necessary to submit these documents in Court. Can a lawyer has a power to send legal notice. Or i ask to court for summons to these employer.

you can send notice to the employer seeking the said documents for the purpose of producing before the court. If he fails to comply you can call for the same with the help of court. Better to consult the advocate.

u can give him a leal notice and after u will file suit against him with the help of lawyear
