I am a Tanent since my grandfather time, recently A declarotory suit is declared in my favour ,however court said Govt has registered in public trust however secretary of Trust Collector is public Trust . You should give notice under sec-80, and file a fresh suit.Now The president of Trust Political leader said that we want to construct Multiphlex in your tanancy land , So that we want to enhance income,some other land s are donated by them and some waste land,even they are not enhanceing rent of some tanents of thier relative and friends,whether trust can do business? Please suggest me with SC ruling.
