Hi there,
I filed for a injection order about 3 years ago and it hasn't come on to the bench yet. We have strong evidence , but my opponent is intestinally postponing or pulling the process . Please can you advise on limitation on either approve or reject Injection order on a agriculture land.

Judicial case file is required to be inspected to know factual position. It is better to consult your lawyer or change him/her, if you are dissatisfied.

An IA cannot be kept pending indefinitely in the sub ordinate courts.
If the matter is pending at high court you can give a representation to the registrar concerned to list the case.
In the lower court you can ask your advocate to put pressure on the court for an expeditious disposal of the petition.
