Llb eligibility as of 2019

Hi,

1. Can a person who has completed his 3-year Diploma after 10th and has a BA degree from IGNOU using the diploma as basic qualification pursue 3-year LL.B course in a BCI approved college?

I have my doubts on how the BCI reached a conclusion on acceptance of the maturity only if a person has had a regular 15-year education. It is not possible for anybody to measure human intellect and maturity based on mere years of education.

Thanks and Regards,

Ganesh

Hello, if you have a BA degree from IGNOU college, then you are completely eligible to give the entrance for LLB in any college. Every law college is approved by the Bar Council of India, so you do not have to worry about that.

If you have got an aggregate of more than 50% in the undergraduate programme, then you can surely go for it.

Some law entrances are: CLAT, LSAT, AILET and DULLB entrances.
