Not valid for lecturor post, but you can pursant M.phil...

Yes. Some universities are providing Distance Education for LLM, for ex: AU, Visakhapatnam.

LL.M earned through distance mode is not considered for further studies nor for any faculty position by the Indian universities. It is for those who only want to enhance their knowledge, that's all! If you are planning for an academic career, please go for full time LL.M.
