Lock in period of rental property

I have given my flat for rent to an MNC AT Pune , with a lock in period of 2 years. Flat was furnished as per companies specification. Now after 1 year itself the Company has stopped paying me rent and is asking me to take back the flat. Can they break the legally registered Leave and licence agreement done in a court with la lock in of 24 months? What are my rights.? I spent a substantial amount furnishing the flat, keeping in mind the LOCK IN period and returns I will get in that time. Please advise.

You have to see the terms and conditions on the agreement between and you and the company at the time of delivering the flat to the company.
