M3m builder hasn’t provided us allotment letter for our flat in gurgaon

Hi,

Just seeking advice from the expert, we booked a under construction flat in Gurgaon 2 years back but haven't received agreement letter from builder.
we do have a comfort letter addressing the money we paid to buy a flat.
after many follow-ups still no allotment letter, only answer we get is they will issue us after 4to 5 months.
what should be the best way for us.
note- flat construction is almost 80% completed

File complaint before District Consumer Commission and prey for not only for allotment letter but possession of flat also.

Based on the conditions of sale agrement you can list out the deficient works of the builder and ask him about them and if he is not responding properly then you may plan to take it up legally either through consumer commission or RERA or civil court
