Dear Sir,

If the daughter of my Grand father are married before formation of the Hindu succession act 1956, are they covered under the law of Hindu Succession act 1956 and are they be treated as equal legal heir of my grand father's property, who has died 20 years ago, my grand father has one son & two daughters, the daughters are married before 1956, where as the son has married after 1960.,

Please inform me what will be the share between the three children.

Also please inform me what will also be the share among the three children of the property of my grand mother, who has also died since 15 years back.

Thanks & regards,

Srikant pani.
