Is part time women employees eligible to get maternity Leave Benefits please suggest as Kerla High Court state that Part Time is also to eligible for the same. Please give me copy of case as i have searched in Google in which it is as below I need a court copy of court judgement.

This is a policy decision of the Government. If the Government of your state had adopted such privilege, you can avail.Otherwise you have to start legal battle based on the precedence.
