Right now the company is paying wages to drivers of all states as per the Delhi Minimum Wages Act, which is already more than the minimum wages of other states.. Now, a call has been taken to pay wages as per the applicable rate of the relevant state. for this a notice will be given to the driver about the decision effective from a later date and a choice will be given either to continue or sign a new contract
Hope the above process is ok? and in case the driver does not provide acceptance to notice of change in the wage structure, what can be done?

Whether the wages be paid to the drivers based on the place of billing or place of car registration or the place of reporting of the driver?
