Hi Sir/ Madam,
I want to know how to save the peoples from fake Protection of Civil Rights (PCR) complaints. Nowadays SC/ST peoples miss using the PCR act.
1. How we can prove that complaint is not geninue(originaly also its not geninue).
2. If they proven that complaint is not geninue what are all the action taken by the police againts complainters.
3. How we prevent before file this types of Non geninue PCR complaints.
