Misuse of certified true copy stamp by an architect

In a redevelopment Project, a well known archtect has manipulated the death certificate of my Aunt and submitted to MCGM.

The room in question is room no 38 which my aunt used for meditation. My aunt stayed in a joint family in room no 5 of the premise and she passed away in room no 5 and the original death certificate has room no 5 on it.

Room no 38 has gone in litigation and I have never given the original death certificate of my Aunt, to anyone. An architect has put the TRUE COPY STAMP on the death certificate of my Aunt. He got the   xerox copy of the death certificate from the society. He put white ink on the room no 5 and mislead the BMC by  hiding the room no with white ink. The Building Proposal Department   is using that death certificate with TRUE COPY stamp given by Architect to protect itself in the litigation of pertaining to room no 38

What course of action should I take against the architect who has misused the TRUE COPY STAMP
