Najaayaj kabja

i have a piece of land  in Himachal recorded in documents as nazayaz kabza by my nana ji since 1960. My nana ji passed away. we have a house and 3 shops on the said plot. since last 20 years my father has given 3 shops on rent to  3 local people. Now my father has passed away. I am afraid that those people will try to grab my property. How can I save it.

Make sure you keep all the documents relating to house and shops in your safe custody.
transfer all the title documents in your name in a systematic legal manner.

Why the property is termed as "Nazayaz Kabza" ?

Whether your father had any document for ownership transferred in his name ?

Were the tenants paying rent to your father? If so, who is receiving the rent after your father's demise?

Who are the legal heirs of your father? Has there been a partition or settlement among the legal heirs? If so, what is the arrangement for these shops?

Presumptions and assumption can not lead to forming proper opinion and oblige.
