i am staying in malad (e), in chawl system, and now the propert is going in sra builder has taken sign and made file my problem is committee member has taken the name sahadev hari bhanshe instead of ramesh sahadev bhnashe. there is name ramesh sahadev bhanshe on ration card and in reliance bill. sahadev hari bhanshe and ramesh sahadev bhanshe are defferent familly.
builder is saying he has made file now it cant be changed what should i do?
i want the file in name of ramesh sahadev bhanshe
bymistake committee member has changed the name.
they are asking for electric bill since 1995 but i have no bill from 95 have from2000
i have bond paper of 10 rs signed from land lord its pagdi system.
they have no built the building yet said to be shifted after 10 years
