Hi all,
In my Passport my name is printed as (Given Name) : Khaja and (Surname) is Syed. On documents it will presented as Khaja Syed which is wrong. I want to correct this. Actually it should be " Syed Khaja ". All my educational documents have Syed Khaja.
One more doubt ??? which format is correct ??? please help
1)
GIVEN NAME : Syed Khaja
or
2)
Surname: Syed
Given Name: Khaja
How do I correct this in my existing passport ? Please help !!!!

There is not any issue with that name because last name is always considered as surname, however if you would like to change the name than you can apply for reissue of passport and take appointment of Passport Seva Kendra via passportindia.gov.in and visit PSK with an letter on plain paper (Application) and new PP will be come with your new name. Not any other formalities.
