I need clarification and details about filing a consumer complaint. Here is my case
I had paid 7k for a yoga class near my place in bangalore. The course duration is 6 months (12 classes a month). After going for 7 classes am not able to continue as i feel giddy while am bending etc.. so i stopped from the class and requested for refund of the amount. They are denying to give me refund but nothing is mentioned in their fee receipt about Refund.
Can i file a consumer complaint on this - What are my options. Please educate me.
