Dear Sir,
I have decided to buy one property in HBR layout. It is a A khata property, but the survey no mentioned in sale deed shows it is land aquired by BDA. Please let me know will there be any legal problems if i buy this property?

You will not be able to sort out the legal problem easily without approaching court of law in case of any litigation especially if you purchase the property without obtaining a proper legal opinion from an expert lawyer in the local.Hence is it advisable that you obtaina legal opinion by producing all relevant papers pertaining to this property and proceed only if recommended by the lawyer.

To buy a BDA land you have to get permission from the District Collector concerned. Consult a local lawyer for further guidance.
