I am looking out for information on Bank Auction properties legal process & their legal rules and regulations.
- what are the legal procedure to take part in bank auction property?
- If person is not an account holder of bank, is he can take participate in auction, if yes what documents he need to produce in bank auction process?
- if the concern person not an account holder of bank, and on behalf of concern person can he able to make other person to be available at the time of auction? if yes what are the documents the concern person and other person both needs to produce in bank property auction?
Note:
- It would be highly appreciable if the above replies mentioned with proper law sections under Bank DRT and SARFAESI Act of bank property auctions?
