Particularly Police dept. should made set right with continuous monitoring then the whole thing from top to bottom will be alright with this measure.
It is better to employ other state police instead of utilizing the same province police at their place so as to avoid maintaining of public relations and many other tricks.
They should be given additional powers with severe guidelines. If the department personnel perform any illegal activities or taking the advantage of power in hand, they should be punished 10 times more than the normal citizens, as making incorrect things with conscious is not acceptable.
