I am a student and I want my Central OBC Certificate for college counseling. I had also made my Central OBC Certificate last year (2023), However, when I applied this year 2024, they rejected my application for Central OBC, citing that I already have a Central OBC Certificate from past year.
But my college counseling has clearly mentioned it requires OBC-NCL certificates to be issued after 1st April 2024, Also my OBC Certificate from 2023, mentions I belong in NON CREAMY LAYER.
So I wanted to ask, if what they did is valid? What happens now? Will I not get a new OBC Certificate? If so, will the 2023 OBC Certificate with 2024 NCL Certificate work without any problems?
