New samsung flagship phone s22

I have purchased new mobile 55K from reluance digital  of samsung brand whic was  heating yoo kuch so next day I reported issue and  samsung service center said every thing ia fine.

But no diagnostic repory was provided for heating and I had noticed they just used my cell phone for callung people by using own sim and returned me with thier businnes email id login  which was having data of other samsung customer.

 

 

1)I want replacement for mobile its under warranty and I have reported in time.

2) Can I complain to data protection authority for storing data on mobile of other customer?

Mobile is again submitted with reliance and they have sumitted to samsung same service center and I am.not getting proper update from samsung other than automated emaila
