Dear Experts,
I wanted to take a loan from my family friend for business, he gave me chqs in the year 2014 which was NON CTS but assured that very soon will replaced the same and for security they obtained my chqs which was CTS chq.
We were unable to encash the same but he presented our chqs for payment which dishonoured and sent me notice to recover the amt with point that he has given cash to me..
I have his chq ( NON-CTS) what can i do ?
