Notarizer not present in front of notary

The applicant signed a agreement but he never present himself in front of notary but other party took that agreement and done notarized in absent of applicant.

Any case law to defend in court of law as justice is saying agreement signed is sufficient for agreement.

Any agreement signed by the parties would stand before law unless the signatories disown.
