Is Son/Daughter of Lawyer whose family annual income is more than Rs. 6 Lakhs is eligible to claim OBC NCL (Other Back Ward Caste Non Creamy Layer) for admission to govt institutions and jobs under OBC Category as per office memorandam No.36012/22/93-Esst (SCT) Dt 08 Sep 1993 Serial No C (i) , Schedule 3 (IV) of Government of India , Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievences and Pension, Department of Personnel and Trading , New Delhi

One can only make the prescribed application to Tehasildar with all such income proofs and it is the Issuing authority to satisfy himself about the eligibility and then issue such certificate. Please make such application, certificate will be granted if the applicant satisfies the eligibility criterion, if not Tehasildar has to inform reasons for denial of such certificate.
