"X" FAILED TO MAKEOUT PRIMA FACIE CASE , WHILE "Y "MADE OUT PRIMAFACIE CASE AND ALSO BALANCE OF CONVENIENCE ACCRUED TO "Y"

CAN THE COURT DISMISS PETITION OF "X" AND ISSUE INTERIM INJUNCTION TO "Y" 

WITHOUT Y MAKING SEPARATE PETITION ?

sir I have been working in a private company from 3-4 months they have not paid us salary from starting my CTC mentioned in the offer letter was 25000 this has happened to all of our colleagues of 25-30members please could u give a solution for this
