P.tax related query

A PERSON IS PART TIME EMPLOYED IN A COMPANY WHERE P.TAX OF RS. 700/- HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM HIS SALARY. HE IS ALSO HAVING SOME PROFESSIONAL INCOME WHERE HE HAVE EARNED 2,30,000/- IN THE F.Y. 2012-13. NOW HE WISH TO PAY & ENROL UNDER WEST BENGAL P.TAX AND ACCORDING TO SCHEDULE HE P.TAX LIABILITY IS RS. 1560/-. PLS ADVICE FOLLING: -

1) WHETHER THE PERSON NEED TO PAY REST AMOUNT i.e. (1560-700=860/-) WHILE ENROLLING

2) HOW MUCH INTEREST & PENALTY HAS TO BE PAID ON THIS AMOUNT

3) AT THE TIME OF ONLINE ENROLMENT, HE ALSO NEED TO PAY P.TAX FOR F.Y. 2013-14

4) WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO CALCULATE P.TAX LIABILITY FOR F.Y. 2013-14 AS THE PERSON IS UNABLE TO ASSUMPTION OF ESTEEMED INCOME FOR CURRENT YEAR IN ADVANCE.

Sir,

It is a good new that you are earned the Income from way of Profession but the liability has to remove at your part. So that it is requested to you clear you outstanding with Interest and calculated the Professional Tax i.e. Professional Income and Salary Income and pay the totally. Calculate the as prescribed manner given the as per Local Law.  

At the time for assessment you should pay the all outstanding otherwise have to pay the Interest & Penalty also.
